Return & Refund Policy

Return And Exchange

• Only damaged/faulty products or incorrect goods sent will be entitled for return or exchange.
• You may return and exchange the products received within 7 days from the date of receipt.
• The right to return product only applies if the products are unused, unpack and complete including their original packaging and labels.
• We only accept exchanges for the same item or exchange with equal or higher value.
• When exchanging damaged, faulty or incorrect goods received, we will arrange to collect the goods from you free of charge. We will bear for the cost of postage.
• In the event that the package is returned to Fun Learning Paradise Sdn Bhd due to the customer’s error in mailing address submitted (incorrect / insufficient address), or expired of the date of self-collect at respective courier company branch, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for re-delivery.
• Exchange is only applicable for purchase and shipment withim Malaysia. All return and exchange is NOT Applicable to countries outside of Malaysia.

​Cancellation

• No cancellation is allow after the item(s) is shipped out or collected by respective courier company. 
• If the item(s) not shipped out, all cancellation subject for the approval from IPAY88 (payment getway), and also subject for all charges incurred for the transaction.
• Please allow 7 working days for process of calcellation.
• Cancellation is only applicable for purchase and shipment withim Malaysia. All return and exchange is NOT Applicable to countries outside of Malaysia.
